Rodney Jerkins is a familiar name to people in the music industry. The Grammy-winning producer has found success working with such music stars as Jennifer Lopez, Whitney Houston and Beyoncé, but his toughest challenge is just beginning. His new client also happens to be his wife, singer Joy Enriquez. The docuseries follows the musically inclined couple as they try to remain happily married while working together professionally. Also featured on “House of Joy” are the couple’s three children — Hannah, Heavenly and R.J. — and other relatives of Joy, including parents and siblings. With all of them living together, the show provides viewers with a look into the home of an interracial, blended family.
